Day Surgery, LLC
(NDS) is an organization
that was formed
in 2001 as a physician-hospital
joint venture
to own and operate
two multi-specialty
surgery centers
in Naples, Florida.
Previously owned
and operated by
the NCH Healthcare
System (owners
of Naples Community
Hospital and North
Collier Hospital),
NDS operates these
multi-specialty
surgery centers
for elective surgery
patients who are
able to go home
the day of surgery.
Naples Day Surgery South was opened
in downtown Naples
in 1986. Naples
Day Surgery North
was opened in
1992.

accessible outpatient
surgical, endoscopic,
and pain management
services in an
efficient yet
compassionate
environment. Naples
Day Surgery, LLC
is responsive
to the needs of
our patients,
physicians, and
the community.
Our
Services
Services
are provided to
the patients of
our surgeons.
In a typical month,
we have over 50
surgeons performing
surgery
on approximately
500 patients at
our two surgery
centers. In addition,
we typically perform
over 100 GI
endoscopic procedures
a month, and treat
over 500 patients
a month in our
two pain
clinics
located within
our surgery centers.
Our surgical specialties
include orthopedics;
general
surgery; ear,
nose and throat
(ENT); gynecology; ophthalmology; retinal
surgery;
podiatry;
plastic
surgery; and
gastroenterology.
Alliances
in the Community
Our surgery centers
have a strong
alliance with
the NCH Healthcare
System which owns
North Collier
Hospital and Naples
Community Hospital.
This helps to ensure the
outpatient surgical
needs of our community
are met, both
now and in the
future. We also
have a strong
alliance with
physicians in
the community.
